ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, usually no later than 2 business days (NOTE: business days are Monday through Friday) from the time we receive your order. Air service (Fed Ex next day, 2nd day and 3 day shipments) take priority and we try to ship those the day we receive providing order is received before 12:00 p.m. PST or before Fed Ex picks up for the day. During some busy holiday rushes, we do require the full 48 hours for processing and we thank you for your patience.

From the time your package leaves our destination Fed Ex ground takes approximately 5-7 business days for delivery to most areas. To check delivery time to your location, use the location map provided here. This will tell you how many days in transit from our location at 98205 to your location. You can also use the FedEx time in transit calculator.

FedEx air service: 2nd day air takes 2 business days for delivery - not including weekends and/or holidays; 3 day select takes 3 business days for delivery - not including weekends and/or holidays. Next day air packages are processed immediately and delivered the next business day - Monday through Friday. If you need a Saturday delivery, there is an additional $12.50 fee. When determining your delivery time, FedEx NEVER counts the day a package leaves (they pick up here at 3:00 p.m. PST usually) and FedEx never counts weekends and/or holidays for delivery time. If you picked a shipping option that will not get to you in time, please to change the delivery time. BlowgunsNW.com and/or WholesaleGoods.net and FedEx cannot be held responsible for product not delivered on time based on the following information provided to you here.

FedEx GROUND DELIVERY: Ground delivery to most areas will take 5-7 business days. This is not a guaranteed delivery time through FedEx but merely an estimated time of delivery. These are business days - not including weekends and/or holidays. If you need to know the estimated delivery time you can check that by using FedEx's "transit time" calculator. If you know the weight of the product of interest, you can check FedEx's rates here - better yet, call us we know what box most items will have to go in. You will need to know the following information from us to use this system. Our city: Lake Stevens, WA.; postal code is 98205; and then the ship date would be 24-48 hours after you place your order. Our shopping cart will calculate your entire order based on weight. When checking out you will be given the accurate shipping costs.
PRIORITY MAIL: This method of shipping is through the postal service and usually takes approximately 3-5 business days from WA state to most locations in the US from the time we ship. This is not a guaranteed delivery time for this method of shipping. Although our preferred method of shipping is through FedEx, we do offer priority mail to customers who have very light weight items as priority mail can be cheaper than FedEx. Again, our shopping cart will show the price comparison. (BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net reserves the right to change the day if needed).
FedEx NEXT DAY AIR: Our shopping cart bases the price on the weight of the items you have selected but not the dimensions of the box that it has to be packed in when selecting this method of payment so prices are an "estimate" of the shipping charges. This shipping option is processed the same business day providing our shipment hasn't left for the day when your order comes in. This is a guaranteed delivery service by FedEx.
FedEx 2ND DAY AIR: This shipping method takes 2 business days from the time we ship the product. Please note, that we usually need 24 hours to process orders - no longer than 48. FedEx never counts the day the package leaves as a day in transit and never counts weekends and/or holidays. It will be two business days from the time we ship your package. This is a guaranteed delivery service by FedEx. Some items may be oversized (blowguns longer than 48", display cases, rifles, etc.) when using this selection. You will be notified if there are additional shipping costs that apply.
FedEx 3 DAY SELECT (also known as saver): This shipping method takes 3 business days from the time we ship the product. Please note, that we usually need 24 hours to process orders - no longer than 48. FedEx never counts the day the package leaves as a day in transit and never counts weekends and/or holidays. It will be three business days from the time we ship your package. Some items may be oversized (blowguns longer than 48", display cases, rifles, etc.) when using this selection. You will be notified if there are additional shipping costs that apply.

With all of this information provided for you on the shipping times and costs, please make sure that you allow enough time for us to process your order [usually within 24 hours-usually no longer than 48 hours] and allow sufficient time for delivery to be made by FedEx or the mail service you selected. This is the responsibility of the customer to determine what shipping times will work for you - not BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net.

MAIL ORDERS OR PHONE ORDERS: Here's how to determine what your shipping is for mail orders and how we determine estimates when taking a phone order.

USA SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping totals on our online forms or when you are mailing your order to us from one of our forms are "estimates." Orders taken over the phone are given an estimate cost for shipping as well based on the formula below. Placing your order online gives you a better reflection of shipping costs as it is based on weight. Online orders are given a total for "weight" shipping only as other factors may apply regarding dimensions, weight, insurance, etc. Oversize items (display cases, rifles, blowguns longer than 48", etc.) require additional shipping charges. Estimates are based on rough or approximate calculations.
SHIPPING SUB TOTAL ESTIMATES: $1.00-$14.75=$6.00; $14.76-$29.95=$7.97; $29.96-$49.75=$9.97; $49.75-$99.95=$12.97; $99.96-$199.75=$14.97; over $199.75=$16.97 - You will be contacted should any additional costs apply.

PAYMENT: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, checks, PayPal, money orders and cashiers checks. For your safety, please DO NOT send cash.

How to use your check online: We have a helpful "how-to" link for your convenience. If you've never used your checks online before, this page will provide you with all the information you need. Your personal check will be held for a minimum of 12 business days before we process your order. If you want your order faster, please send a money order. Please make checks or money orders payable to Wholesale Goods, LLC.
If you are mailing your check: If you are mailing your personal check, this process will delay your order 12 business days, not including weekends or holidays, in order to ensure your check clears the bank. Please mail a money order made out to Wholesale Goods, LLC for speedy delivery. This is usually processed the same business day that we receive payment. Please make checks or money orders payable to Wholesale Goods, LLC.

Due to the large amount of credit card fraud, ALL credit card orders will be verified by BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net before processing. We have three methods of verification and if any of them fail, we will be in touch with the cardholder before processing the order. If we cannot reach you and get a verbal confirmation by the credit card holder, we WILL NOT process your order. When completing the BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net order form, please include a name and phone number for a contact person. If there is no way of confirming the authenticity of your order, we will not process the order. NO EXCEPTIONS! Checks, money orders or cashier's checks must be made payable to: Wholesale Goods, LLC.

SHIPPING FedEx: We use FedEx as our main source of shipping for all USA orders and most international orders. Priority mail is used by customer selection and can be cheaper than FedEx on light weight items, however, we ship one day a week - Usually Wednesdays. FedEx leaves on a daily basis, Monday through Friday - no holidays and/or weekends. FedEx and Priority mail features a tracking number. FedEx provides $100 insurance coverage on every package. For international orders we ship by express or expedite through FedEx. On rare occasions we can use Express mail through the postal service when weight and length of package allows. This is at our discretion. We try to do what is in the best interest of the customer. If the weight and length are exceeded, we use FedEx. Express mail through FedEx is the fastest and safest method for shipping international orders. Express mail through the postal service provides $100.00 for insurance coverage and a tracking number from us to you.

PO Box Delivery: Priority mail can be delivered to PO boxes but FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please make sure that if you selected this option, you provide a valid street address. FedEx must have a complete street address and a telephone number for delivery.
Additional charges by FedEx: FedEx charges a $5.00 address correction on ground packages and $10.00 for air packages (air is considered 2nd day, 3 day and next day) if you do not use your correct and "full" street address. If your street address is 123 4th St., Apt 3 and you only put 123 4th, Apt 3 or leave off your apartment number, FedEx charges $5.00 for the address correction. We will pass that charge on to you so PLEASE make sure your address is correct at the time of your order.

PRIORITY SHIPPING: We can ship by priority mail if you have selected this option. This applies to APO/FPO military addresses. This also applies to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico as this is your cheapest shipping available for you. You can make this selection on our shopping cart.

Delivery time for Priority Mail: Three day delivery is normal for Priority mail by United States Postal however there is NO guarantee.

EXPRESS MAIL BY USPS: This method is used for international shipments when FedEx cannot deliver. However, our primary shipper for international orders will be FedEx.

Delivery time for Express Mail through the postal service: This option takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on location of delivery for International customers. However, there is no guarantee on time frame by Express mail.

COD: Sorry, we do not provide a COD service.

Alaska orders (in most places) require 2nd day delivery. Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, APO orders fall under the $6.00 minimum shipping and will be sent by Priority mail through the postal service unless otherwise specified by customer. Please make this selection on our shopping cart.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Most orders leaving the United States cannot exceed 36" inches due to regulations by USPS Express mail delivery. Puerto Rico is excluded. We can ship 48" blowguns there. If your blowgun option is 48" or longer, we will only ship this by FedEx. Countries that want a longer length blowgun should purchase the 36" blowgun [1 piece] or 36" [2 piece] blowgun and this would add the desired length.

Minimum international orders: Minimum international orders are $75.00 worth of merchandise. If it is not $75.00, we will not process the order. Canada is not considered international when shipped by FedEx.
Minimum shipping charge: All international orders (1) one pound and under will need to have the International MINIMUM shipping fee of $20.00. Each additional pound is estimated at $5.00 per pound. Orders exceeding (1) one pound will be charged only what the shipping costs BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net. Please us with your shipping questions or concerns. International orders are generally shipped via FedEx or Express mail (at our discretion).
Customer responsibility: You, the customer, are wholly responsible for any custom duties, taxes, import restrictions, etc. Orders confiscated by customs are the buyers responsibility, NOT BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net. It is your responsibility to check the legality of the items of interest before ordering. We will not reimburse for any shipping charges if the product is returned to us.
Canadian Orders: Canadian orders will be shipped by FedEx. When shipping via FedEx, Canada is not considered international and therefore, has no minimum requirements for meeting the $75.00 minimum order. We do ask that you please check with customs in your area to make sure the product you are ordering is legal in your country before you order from our company. We do charge a restocking fee of 25% if the items are returned to us for any reason and we do not reimburse for shipping charges. Please make sure that you understand that our shopping cart is charging you for product and shipping charges ONLY (FedEx to pick the product up from our location and gets it to customs/border) - it does not include, duties, taxes, brokerage fees or any other fees your country may charge your for product coming into your country. FedEx will generally collect additional funds when they bring the product to your front door.
Payment: We accept Visa, Master, AmEx, and Discover or PayPal for US or international orders. If paying by money order, all payments must be made in U.S. funds. If unsure what U.S. funds will be for your order, please see our link on our page "How to convert your funds into U.S. funds."

FRAUD FRAUD

WARNING: If you are placing an order using a credit card, your IP address will be captured for security reasons. If you are placing an order and are using a stolen credit card or a card that isn't in your name, your internet provider address is tracked and we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. If you don't know it's a crime to make up a credit card number or use someone else's credit card and have the product shipped to your residence, it is called FRAUD and we WILL prosecute. ALL orders placed using a credit card will need to have some way of confirming the order made by having a contact phone number. We must have a verbal confirmation from the credit card holder, NO EXCEPTIONS!

RETURN POLICY: All orders are considered "special orders" by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations, returns or exchanges. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless defective. If item is defective, it will be replaced with same item. All items are inspected for quality before leaving BlowgunsNW.com.

Other Product Return: Any return must be authorized by BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorized by BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net. Return product via FedEx or U.S. Mail, prepaid and insured by you, the customer, for your protection. No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt unless defective. No discontinued item may be returned.
Restocking Fee: If the item (any other item than airsoft guns) wasn't what you expected and you find you just don't want it, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Product must be returned unused and in original packaging. There will be no refund on shipping charges for the product being returned to us and no refund made on the initial shipping charges to you. You must receive a RMA# before returning your product. Your account at BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net will be issued a CREDIT VOUCHER for the remaining amount to be used at BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net on any of the other fine products we carry. Your credit will be void after 90 business days if not used.
Parental consent: If you are under the age of 18, we MUST have parental consent to sell any product to you. If you are the parent ordering for a child and you are unsure what this product is, please ask one of our representatives to explain to you what the item is and why this is not a toy. By ordering our product for your child, you are representing that you are very aware of what this product is and you are giving your authorization for your child to have this product.

Airsoft Gun Returns: Important warranty and product return information is provided on this document. Please take a moment and read this important information carefully. Beginning March 1^st, 2002, we will be strictly enforcing our return policy on ALL airsoft products. All of our airsoft guns are tested before they ship. In order for us to keep our prices as low as possible on the airsoft line, we must have a strict policy for returns and replacements. We are sorry if this causes any difficulty with our customers but due to the nature and usage of these products, there is a high probability of accidental damage in use, abuse, and normal wear and tear on the airsoft guns. Those are things not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under ANY warranty. Please be aware that BB magazines, cases, and components such as the outer shell/frame are not covered under warranty. We appreciate your cooperation with our policy.

ALL AirSoft guns will be considered for return and considered for replacement for manufacturer defect only. All warranty issues are provided by the manufacturer. BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net does not provide any warranty replacements and/or repairs on airsoft guns. There is a warranty card with every gun purchased which has the phone number for the manufacturer on it. Please contact them.

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS: Items that are returned to BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net for WHATEVER reason will be held in our storage facility for a period of one week, 7 days. We will make all attempts to contact the buyer to inform you that your product has been returned. You are then responsible for paying the shipping fee again to have it delivered.

If there is no success in reaching said buyer after a period of one week (7 days), BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net has the right to assess storage fees of $5.00 per day until said item or items are claimed by the buyer. Product will be shipped when storage fees and shipping have been paid. If the buyer does not claim item or items after 30 days of return, product will be returned to stock and a 25% restocking fee will be added along with the storage fee. If there is a balance remaining after deducting the storage fees, shipping fee, and the restocking fee, buyer will have a credit voucher with BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net to be used on your next order.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE / WARRANTY: We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material. Only our .40 caliber blowgun (pipe only) has a lifetime guarantee. We inspect our products for defects, bends, and breaks before they leave BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net. If product is found to be defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace product. If FedEx bends the product upon delivery, we need to be notified the day of delivery. We will take care of the paperwork and the damage claim with FedEx or the shipper used at the time of delivery.

For customers who have bent their product due to use or other mishaps, we will replace the tube. Shipping and handling to and from BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net is the responsibility of the buyer, not BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net. When returning your bent pipe to us, please include a minimum of $8.00 for S&H for us to ship the product back to you.

LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS: It is the responsibility of the Buyer (NOT BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net) to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any item you purchase from us. FREE SHIPPING FOR WASHINGTON STATE ORDERS: DISCONTINUED AS OF 01/20/2006 - due to the ever increasing cost of shipping, this service has been discontinued. You will be charged the appropriate cost for shipping to your area.

PRICE MATCH If you find a cheaper price on the net (regular price, not sale price or closeout prices), we will do our best to match *that price on the net for the same product or item. This must be a regular retail price, not a sale price or close out price. Tell us where you found it (web address is needed for confirmation), what the item was (must be exact item), how much it was and we'll do the research from there. Price matching has to be done at the time of your order. No Exceptions! If you place your order on our online shopping cart, follow your order up with an e-mail and let us know the details. If you're calling your order in, tell us at the time of your order and we'll review the web site and can make a decision within the same day. Please only notify us of the lower price if you are placing an order.

*Price matching is at the discretion of BlowgunsNW.com and/or wholesalegoods.net. There are times we cannot meet or beat a price when competing against a manufacturer and we reserve the right to make that decision.
