Before you download a viewer, please make sure that your system doesn't already have one on it.  Most systems do.  Just click on any of the videos you want to see.  If you have a viewer, your system will pull it up.  If you need a viewer, you can go to this location: Windows Media Player 6.4 and download one here.

Internet Explorer and AOL video viewer appearance

This is the view Internet Explorer and AOL browsers will see when the viewer is open to view any of our video clips.

First, The "scroll bar" will scroll pretty quickly from left to right and will appear that the video is done loading.  It isn't!  Use the "stop" button at any time during the download to see how far the video has downloaded.  Push the "play" button to start the video.  If the video appears to stop or freeze, it's not done downloading.  The "scroll bar" will be white, not gray when it is finished downloading.
Netscape's viewer appears a little differently.  It tells you the status, meaning how big the file is.  It tells you how long the download time is.  The scroll bar [example: in blue lines at 9%] will tell you how much further it has to go before it is finished.  You can still look around our web site until the video is done downloading.  When completed you can view as many times as you want as long as you keep the viewer open.
